Hello everyone. I just wanted to take a few minutes of your time to ask you for a favor. I have started an online petition to stop Pine Winds and Shepley Apartments (Management Resources) from illegally charging their residents with maintenance fees. These fees are not only violating our lease agreement, but they are also in violation of the Housing Law of Michigan. Please take a few minutes of your time to sing the petition, and let management know that these charges are not only illegal, but they are unethical. And to make matters worse, these apartments are federally subsidized apartments. Some of the residents are disabled and already receiving tax payers help, and now the apartments want to get their hands on more taxpayer dollars. Help us stop the harassment of these illegal fees.
